Hey Mickey,

Check out this post for more up to date info

http://650b.com/2008/05/01/quasi-moto-first-impressions/

I enjoy it, but mainly in the rear end. As the season progresses and we probably go back in a drought, I'll put it in the front. For now it is too skinny/slippery for the front end on wet roots/mud.

Arleigh,
I live in Charlotte, NC and have been real interested in the Quasi-Moto's tread pattern and how well it hooks up in this area.
So what do you think of the tires so far?
• Are they sticking the corners?
• Do they roll fast?
• Would you recommend them for the Charlotte area?
• How about Pisgah, did you get a chance to ride them there? Did they do well?

Kevin,

I'm from Maryland and grew up on those trails. Granted I didn't get in to mountain biking as much until I got down here but I know the trails.

Soon I'll be doing a full review on the Neo Moto's. A tire I feel is more suited for the Water shed and things to western MD or PA.

Thanks!

Great report so far, I've been waiting on reports on 650B tires to figure out what I will running on my Hardtail XC. I love the Asheville area, probably the most beautiful country other than Montana of course that I have visited. I think your trails are a lot of what I have here in the D.C. area.

Cheers
